THE VILLA
An infinite space
The main Villa, which is to be considered a house-museum for its richness, originality and historicity, consists of a main building, a connected SPA and an annex, for a total of about 1000 square meters.

On the ground floor there is a highly spectacular double entrance with a large and almost twenty meters long gallery from which a dining room, a library, a large richly decorated kitchen and two large living rooms open. The ground floor is completed by the huge Sala delle Colonne of 90 square meters, oriented towards the valley to the south west and the sea.

On the first floor there is a large central gallery from which six large rooms unfold including living rooms, dressing rooms and three bedrooms with three totally renovated en suite bathrooms and a terrace.
​
On the second floor there are four other large bedrooms with four equally refurbished bathrooms, a large gallery hallway and the old 60 m2 artist's studio transformed into a cinema with a large wall-mounted screen and latest generation hi-tech audio.
On the third floor a crenellated turret with terrace. The entire building has just been renovated with a rigorous historical-philological path and the search for the best finishes.

Original furnishings & frescoes

Columns, busts, sculptures, pilasters, friezes, carpets and paintings (over 300), ranging from the 1400s to the 1900s, permeate every corner of the house.
A large staircase leads to the lower floorthehours (which follows the slope of the hill on which the Villa is located) where the internal SPA is located with total glass that opens onto the valley and towards the sea. Here we find a large room that includes a swimming pool heated to 37 degrees Celsius with high-pressure hydromassage and Roman waterfall, a large Finnish sauna, dressing room and bathroom.

Outside, the SPA opens onto a large stone infinity pool (20×6.5 m, 2.5 m deep) with hydromassage and outdoor shower calda, a solarium and large dining table for 18 people surrounded by busts, well, fountains, columns and ancient stone stoups.
All rooms are richly furnished and with original frescoes by Augusto Rey on the ceilings and decorationsi on the walls.

Around the Villa there are various Italian gardens for about 2 hectares placed on terraces with flower beds, staircases, fountains, sculptures and ancient and precious tree essences. The annex includes a large area built in stable style with various storage and service rooms, kitchen and pergolas.
Around the various Italian gardens that surround the Villa there is an English garden with lakes, avenues and meadows alternating with hedges, olive groves, vines and woods for about another 5 hectares. The property includes another 25 hectares of woods, olive trees (there are about a thousand in total) and arable land for a total of 32 hectares.
All external environments look towards the olive grove overlooking the valley below and the Bugallo lakes.
